Package 1 – Basic Hybrid Meeting

For small interactive meetings where you’ve got people in the room and a remote audience on Zoom/Teams, and you want the basics to be clean and reliable.
Includes:

Small to medium PA system sized to the room

2 wireless mics (host + guest, co-presenter, or backup)

HD webcam or compact camera positioned on the room for Zoom/Teams

Integration with Zoom/Teams:

Room mics feeding into the call

Zoom/Teams audio feeding back into the room speakers

Laptop/IO setup for the call and presentation content

Package 2 – Hybrid Meeting with Room Q&A
Starting at: $1,550 (adjustable)
For interactive meetings or mini town halls where you want both the main presenters and audience questions to be heard clearly by in-room and remote participants.
Includes everything in Package 1, plus:

Audience / room mic to capture Q&A and comments:

Omni or boundary/boom-style mic positioned to pick up questions

Q&A support so:

In-room questions feed the Zoom/Teams call

Remote questions can be heard and answered in the room

Additional fine-tuning of levels so audience and presenters feel balanced for both sides
This is the “true interactive” hybrid meeting where remote staff aren’t just watching, they’re part of the conversation.
Package 3 – Hybrid Meeting with Capture & Recording
Starting at: $1,950
For leadership updates and mini town halls where you need a clean hybrid experience now and a recording to share later.
Includes everything in Package 2, plus:

Audio recording of the meeting (clean feed from the mixer)

Program or call recording (Zoom/Teams capture or program feed as appropriate)

File delivery after the event:

Audio-only for transcription or internal playback

Or video/call capture for on-demand viewing (based on agreed deliverable)

Basic checks for record levels and recording integrity throughout the meeting
