Right-sized AV for real company town halls & corporate events
Company Town Halls
&
Corporate Events
No two town halls or corporate events are the same. Room size, layout, remote participation, overflow spaces, streaming, and recording all change what’s needed.
We use a simple structure to help you think through your event, then build a custom quote around it so you’re not overbuilt or underpowered.

WHAT DRIVES COST
To keep things transparent, here are the main factors that affect pricing:
• How many rooms are in play (main room only vs. overflow / lobby / other spaces)
• Whether you need streaming and/or recording
• Audience size and room type (lobby vs. ballroom vs. auditorium)
• How much scenic, lighting, and branding you want around the stage
• How long we’re on site (rehearsals, show day, and strike)
We’ll talk through these with you and match the plan to your priorities so you’re not paying for pieces you don’t need.
