Tier 1 – Presenter Support Mini Kit
Flat rate: $300 per room
For rooms that already have a TV or projector and just need someone to make sure everything works so you’re not wrestling with adapters or settings.

Flat rate: $500 per room
For rooms where you don’t need amplified sound, but slides and video need to look right.

70”–100” projection screen, or flat screen (size matched to the room)

3,000-lumen projector for typical small/medium breakout spaces

Tier 3 – Audio-Only Package (Sound System)
Flat rate: $500 per room
When everyone needs to hear the presenter clearly, but visuals are simple or handled by the room.
Includes:

Small-room PA (1–2 powered speakers on stands) sized for ~8–25 guests

1 wireless lavalier or handheld mic for the presenter

Small mixer for mic and laptop audio

Tier 4 – Full AV Package (Sound + Screen)
Flat rate: $800 per room
For small meetings and breakouts where you want both clean, amplified speech and proper visuals handled.
